Life’s challenges, especially those tied to trauma, can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to face them alone. Building a safe and trusting connection is the first step toward healing, and I’m here to provide that foundation for you. It’s important to know that therapy may sometimes bring up uncomfortable emotions or physical sensations, but these experiences are temporary. As treatment progresses, you can expect these feelings to lessen or resolve, paving the way for growth, healing, and a renewed sense of balance in your life. EMDR is very helpful for changing negative core belief systems in a relatively short period of time
I’m certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. My areas of expertise include treating PTSD, anxiety, birth trauma, phobias, and helping survivors of narcissistic abuse. I also specialize in performance enhancement psychology, providing support for academic, professional, and athletic success. I work with clients ages > 12.
Many people come to therapy unsure of why they’re experiencing anxiety, physical discomfort, or challenges in their relationships. My goal is to help you heal from trauma in a focused and efficient way, so you can experience less distress when revisiting past or present difficulties. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space for meaningful change.
